Session Preparation: Ahead of your session I will ask you to find a quiet place to relax at your location. This area should be quiet with no distractions. You should be  mentally, emotionally, and spiritually open to receiving your session.

We will have reviewed your objectives and needs by email.

Session Process: Your appointment will start at the agreed upon time and day. I will be sending Distance Energy Healing and Reiki during this time through meditation and intention. There will be no need for verbal communication as Reiki and Energy have no limitations to space and time. 

Follow-up: I will send a confirmation email that your session has been completed at which time I will follow up and discuss next steps.
